Every eligible item we offer is thoroughly inspected by professionally trained authenticators. We collaborate with trusted specialists, often referred to as “Authentic Detectives”, who possess extensive experience and knowledge in verifying luxury goods.

Our sourcing process is equally rigorous. We carefully select each piece from reputable and certified sources in Japan, including:
• Licensed brand reuse stores
• Members of the Japan Distribution Self-Management Association (AACD)
• Trusted pawnshops, second-hand markets, and authorized retail stores

Authenticity Certificate

For select items, we also provide an authenticity certificate issued by recognized appraisal institutions, adding an additional layer of assurance for your peace of mind.

Important Notice for Second-Hand Designer Items
• Non-Returnable: All of our brand-name, pre-owned items are sold “as-is” and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check every detail before completing your purchase.
• Thorough Visual Inspection: We provide multiple high-resolution photos and close-ups of each item’s overall condition, hardware, stitching, logos, and any natural wear marks. We urge you to examine every image carefully—zoom in, scroll through all angles, and read the captions describing any visible imperfections.
• Unseen Defects: While we make every effort to disclose all notable flaws, some very minor imperfections may not be visible in photographs (e.g., tiny scuffs in creases or slight color variations). Should you discover any such issue not disclosed in the listing, please accept our sincere apologies. We stand behind our commitment to transparency and will do our best to address any concerns.
